Had a full boiler refit. Grand Union quoted me a better price than British Gas, and over 3 days of power flushing, fitting, and Hive setup, it was a stress free process. Connor was friendly, professional and efficient, doing all the work (on his own throughout) with zero fuss. Admin process is also great. Easy to contact Mitch or Lauren, pay invoices and get details of the work electronically. It is a very professionally run business with top notch customer service. After care service is also great and always happy to help, and their Home Cover contracts are great value. I would highly recommend Grand Union to anyone in Milton Keynes for any of their plumbing and heating needs!

I recently had a new water softener installed by Grand Union Plumbing, and I’m so happy with the whole experience! After dealing with other plumbers who either said my softener was too big or suggested awkward setups that would waste space, I was fed up and decided to find a reliable company online. That’s how I found Grand Union and I’m so glad I did. From the very first call, everything was smooth and professional. They asked me to upload photos of the job, sent SMS updates when the engineer was on the way, and arrived right on time. Mitchell was the engineer who came, and he was just fantastic. He was friendly, polite, and super respectful of our home. From the very first site visit he even took his shoes off before coming in without me asking! The installation was done efficiently, neatly, and with so much attention to detail. He even wiped footprints off my tiles that he’d made after the installation! How often does that happen? He gave great advice on where to place the softener and single-handedly modified the under-sink plumbing, cut the shelf, and got everything installed perfectly. Within a few hours, our water was softened, and everything looked neat and tidy. I honestly can’t recommend Grand Union and Mitchell enough. It’s such a relief to meet someone who’s not just highly skilled but also genuinely friendly. It made the whole process so easy and pleasant. I’m even thinking of getting them to do my annual boiler check!

Anglian Water contacted us to say we had a leak (12-15 litres an hour). Despite searching everywhere we couldn't find it. Having used Grand Union in the past, Connor came to look, and via numerous tests and obvious experience, confirmed that the leak was actually under the tiled kitchen floor. He quickly worked out a way to re-route the hot and cold pipes which meant not having to dig up the kitchen floor, which was a godsend. Anglian Water have confirmed the leak is fixed, so all good. Fantastic service, Connor was very polite, courteous and even cleaned everything up. Very grateful, thankyou !

I called 5 local plumbers in MK and Grand Union were the only people to provide me with a reasonable quote so I went with them and I'm glad I did. Mitchell was very respectful of the property - he was the only engineer who took his shoes off before entering without me asking. I had to stop everyone else and ask them to take off their shoes as my whole flat is carpeted. He carried out the new boiler instal in a clean and efficient manner. He was also very friendly and knowledgeable. I'd whole heartedly recommend them

Contacted Grand Union with our problem of a leak on the downstairs toilet. Had immediate response with a timed visit for the following day. The engineer Kennon arrived on time and did an excellent job fixing the leak as he had spare parts on the van. It’s so good to receive old fashioned quality service .So impressed I've booked them for my annual boiler service in January.

We recently had a visit of an engineer from Grand Union Plumbing and Heating to address a boiler leak issue. The engineer arrived promptly and carried out a thorough assessment of the fault. After identifying the defective part, the repair was completed within just one day of the initial visit. Throughout the process, the engineer was friendly, positive, and highly professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly, which was greatly appreciated. Since the repair, the boiler has been functioning good. Highly recommended for their quick response, excellent service, and approachable attitude.

Glen worked with us to plan the bathroom space to our budget & we’re super pleased with the final result of our bathroom installation. They were both punctual, hard working, skilled and kept us updated on the status of the renovation work throughout the 2 weeks. Sam, also did a terrific job with the tile work. We're really pleased with our new bathroom. Glen and his team provided great service and quality of work. The breakdown of the works each day over the two weeks was really helpful. A Very quick and prompt turn around with these guys, called them Monday, and they came out promptly to take a look, order the required parts and returned. A fast and speedy service! Update - Had a boiler replacement, took 4 hours and everything was left spotless. Really great work, british Gas advised a whole day with scaffolding work and none of that was required with these guys.

Grand Union plumbing & heating is the only plumbing company I'll ever use! Once again, they've exceeded my expectations. I had a broken thermostatic radiator valve in my daughter's bedroom and needed it fixed urgently before her return from university tomorrow. Marco arrived promptly within the scheduled time, was incredibly polite, friendly, and tidy. He clearly explained the issue and efficiently resolved it. My daughter's room is now perfectly warm, just in time for her homecoming. A truly excellent job, and a heartfelt thank you to Marco!

They've been servicing my boiler for years, and when I suddenly found that I had a leaking pipe under my floorboards, I turned to them for help. The carpet and floor had to be lifted, but after it was finished you would never know, it's as good as before. Great service and cheerful operatives every time 👍🏻😊

Needed an inspection done quickly of a hot water cylinder which had been flagged as a concern by a house survey we had done. Marco was absolutely fantastic. Carried out a full service, explained everything, and we had the report a few hours later. This was the second inspection we'd had to have done as the previous plumbers had been useless (different company). Marco also spent the time to talk us through a few other concerns we had and give us some idea of potential costs. Will definitely be hiring them to carry out the work once we've moved in!
