Tried a few companies for my toilet issue. Grand union were helpful and friendly on the phone to begin with, efficient in sending the relevant info. When the plumber came he was knowledgeable, professional and really supportive. Job was done quickly, cleanly and I am very pleased. Would recommend and will be using in future.

We are very happy with our newly refitted downstairs bathroom. Mitch had excellent communication with fast responses, and he adapted everything to suit our preferences. We appreciated his advice and thoughtful planning that made the whole project run smoothly. Conner was a hard worker, very efficient and helpful and did a perfect job. All of the tradespeople working on the bathroom were friendly and did excellent high quality finishes. They also came out very quickly to fix a separate problem we had with our boiler pipes leaking. We are looking forward to having them do more projects for us in the future.

Booked the annual boiler service with Gran Union Plumbing & Heating. All very easy from booking to service day with constant text updates on a 3 hour window for the job plus “exact-to-the-minute ETA” on the day so you’re always well informed. The technician very knowledgeable, had to drill some holes in a new boiler cupboard the kitchen fitters install and did it without issue and cleaned after. Service book and digital certificate provided at the end of the job. Great service and good value. Highly recommend

Had a full boiler refit. Grand Union quoted me a better price than British Gas, and over 3 days of power flushing, fitting, and Hive setup, it was a stress free process. Connor was friendly, professional and efficient, doing all the work (on his own throughout) with zero fuss. Admin process is also great. Easy to contact Mitch or Lauren, pay invoices and get details of the work electronically. It is a very professionally run business with top notch customer service. After care service is also great and always happy to help, and their Home Cover contracts are great value. I would highly recommend Grand Union to anyone in Milton Keynes for any of their plumbing and heating needs!

A 5 star experience, we recently had a full air source heat pump and central heating system installed, which was a massive job. Mitch and Connor did an amazing job, they were clear and upfront about the whole process from day one, they were very thorough and careful with their work and the result is outstanding, the job has been finished to the highest quality and the care and attention to their work really shows.

I recently had a new water softener installed by Grand Union Plumbing, and I’m so happy with the whole experience! After dealing with other plumbers who either said my softener was too big or suggested awkward setups that would waste space, I was fed up and decided to find a reliable company online. That’s how I found Grand Union and I’m so glad I did. From the very first call, everything was smooth and professional. They asked me to upload photos of the job, sent SMS updates when the engineer was on the way, and arrived right on time. Mitchell was the engineer who came, and he was just fantastic. He was friendly, polite, and super respectful of our home. From the very first site visit he even took his shoes off before coming in without me asking! The installation was done efficiently, neatly, and with so much attention to detail. He even wiped footprints off my tiles that he’d made after the installation! How often does that happen? He gave great advice on where to place the softener and single-handedly modified the under-sink plumbing, cut the shelf, and got everything installed perfectly. Within a few hours, our water was softened, and everything looked neat and tidy. I honestly can’t recommend Grand Union and Mitchell enough. It’s such a relief to meet someone who’s not just highly skilled but also genuinely friendly. It made the whole process so easy and pleasant. I’m even thinking of getting them to do my annual boiler check!

Having used Grand Union Plumbing for a few years now, I can honestly say that they are the best I’ve come across. A fantastic & efficient team, they know their stuff. Anglian Water contacted us to say we had a leak (12-15 litres an hour). Despite searching everywhere we couldn't find it. Having used Grand Union in the past, Connor came to look, and via numerous tests and obvious experience, confirmed that the leak was actually under the tiled kitchen floor. He quickly worked out a way to re-route the hot and cold pipes which meant not having to dig up the kitchen floor, which was a godsend. Anglian Water have confirmed the leak is fixed, so all good. Fantastic service, Connor was very polite, courteous and even cleaned everything up. Very grateful, thankyou !

Really happy with the service provided. Replaced defective shower, including suggesting and supplying the parts, and got the job done very quickly. Andy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and completed the work to a very high standard. Very efficient systems with automated reminders and notifications so you know plumber is on way, and office staff also extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to use this business again. The go-to boiler installation folks in Milton Keynes. I called 5 local plumbers in MK and Grand Union were the only people to provide me with a reasonable quote so I went with them and I'm glad I did. Mitchell was very respectful of the property - he was the only engineer who took his shoes off before entering without me asking. I had to stop everyone else and ask them to take off their shoes as my whole flat is carpeted. He carried out the new boiler instal in a clean and efficient manner. He was also very friendly and knowledgeable. I'd whole heartedly recommend them
