They've been servicing my boiler for years, and when I suddenly found that I had a leaking pipe under my floorboards, I turned to them for help. The carpet and floor had to be lifted, but after it was finished you would never know, it's as good as before. Great service and cheerful operatives every time 👍🏻😊
Needed an inspection done quickly of a hot water cylinder which had been flagged as a concern by a house survey we had done. Marco was absolutely fantastic. Carried out a full service, explained everything, and we had the report a few hours later. This was the second inspection we'd had to have done as the previous plumbers had been useless (different company). Marco also spent the time to talk us through a few other concerns we had and give us some idea of potential costs. Will definitely be hiring them to carry out the work once we've moved in!

I’ve used Grand Union since I moved to Milton Keynes. I’ve had two traditional boilers replaced with combi boilers over a few years and the work done by Grand Union was exceptional, great service, quick to install and friendly from start to finish. I’ve had a number of small issues which naive been resolved over the phone and receive great service at a very fair price. Would highly recommend.
Had an engineer come around for an annual gas and boiler service and he was professional in going about the job and prompt without any issues. Booking the appointment was hassle free as the communication was great.

Grand Union do a grand job! They have been looking after the very quirky gas fired central heating system ( 19 rads) in our rambling three storey house in Stony Stratford for several years. Today, Andy was able to drain the system down, replace three TRVs and four corroded / leaky rad valves, and get the system back up and running with no air locks, all in a few hours. And left the place clean and tidy.
A Very quick and prompt turn around with these guys, called them Monday, and they came out promptly to take a look, order the required parts and returned. A fast and speedy service!

Grand Union Plumbing came to my rescue to fix a dripping shower after I had tried several other plumbers who either didn’t know how to fix it or didn’t show up. I found the staff at the end of the phone polite and very helpful. The booking process was easy and efficient. Tomasz the plumber arrived within the alotted time and was very pleasant. Just had my central heating replaced, new boiler, radiators and pump replaced. The team were great, they turned up on time and kept me informed. Had an issue with the water circulating around all the radiators this was due to a build up of rust in the pipes from the previous radiators. All I can say is amazing, it’s taken a while for us to get around to flooring, so it’s a bit late. From start to finish we had amazing service. We knew what we wanted and Grand Union Plumming were the only company who made us feel like they could help. Glenn helped with the design, and when we were unsure of tiles met us at the shop to help us out. Harley fitted the bathroom and was great, showing us the work daily. After several unsuccessful attempts with other plumbers to fix our thermostat for the underfloor heating and balance the radiators, we were relieved when Mitchell from Grand Union Plumbing and Heating came over. He installed the thermostat for the underfloor heating and expertly balanced the radiators throughout the house. The difference was immediate, and everything is now working perfectly. Mitch and his team are amazing. Mitch organised for a plumber called Thomasz to fit two Towel heaters. Thomasz was very friendly and very efficient in the way that he worked. Completed the job on time. I will need other work doing and will definitely call back Grand Union plumbing and heating.
My shower cubicle needed replacement, as the door had jammed. Grand Union Plumbing & Heating had done some good work for me in the past and were my go to company. I asked them to look at a replacement. They were professional, clean and friendly, all at a very reasonable cost. The work was difficult for their bathroom fitter but it wasn't for me. My bathroom looks amazing and the shower is perfect!
My first experience with Grand Union was excellent. I enquired via the online form on their website and received a call from Mitch early the next morning. Later that afternoon he had diagnosed and resolved the issue that was causing my boiler to leak, and provided me with some useful information on my boiler, potential points of failure and how to spot the warning signs. With his help my ageing boiler will see me through another winter. I'll be asking GU to quote for a bigger project next year. Edited September 2025: Grand Union have just finished installing my new boiler; replacing an ancient conventional boiler system with a combi boiler. Three days of professional work, carried out to a really high standard. GU has delivered again and I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you!

We had a leak from the loft into the bedrooms and our current emergency cover with Anglian offered an unacceptably long response time, leaving our home at risk of flooding. A transformation beyond words
A transformation beyond words! I wont put a photo if the before because yes, it really was that bad! Having put off doing the bathroom for a number of years it was time for the bath to go & for us to get a shower put in instead. The bathroom before was in a horrific state, shiplap panels on all the walls with painted over mosaic tiles… horrendous! What Mitch & his team pulled off was beyond what we could’ve ever dreamed of. Every tradesman that came in was respectable, conscientious & incredibly hard working & worked together to ensure we had the bathroom we wanted, nothing was too much to ask. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would because they absolutely deserve it!

I had a tap which was leaking quite alot of water. I requested a quote online and was called back within the hour. I was asked to upload a picture of the tap and had a quote in under 30 mins. Once I had accepted the quote, I had a call to arrange a time and date which we were able to get a next day appointment. Absolutely amazing. Following the coldest night in 5 years...
After 2 radiators leaked and had to be replaced within a couple of months, I asked Grand Union Plumbers to come and sort out a very cold house. Requested and received a quote on the same day I submitted for a service to our Megaflo (Unvented Cylinder). Was then easily booked in at a convenient time on the same call. On the day, was contacted throughout to know everything was on track and when engineer was arriving. Work completed diligently, efficiently and with a smile. Grand Union replaced an aging boiler and 3 x radiators at my house. The service was excellent throughout. Both Andy and Mitch were really helpful, tidy in their work and conscientious to get the job completed despite an "interesting" technical issue identified late on a Friday evening. I would recommend without any reservations.
